Goodman 90% gas heater condensation build up

Question

I have a new Goodman gas furnace with the exhaust going vertically out to my roof. After the heater fires up and runs for a few minutes, the housing gets about 4 oz. of water in it and will not fire up again until I remove the pressure tube and drain it. Why is the system getting condensation in it, and how can I stop it?
