yesterday i went beaching kneeboarding sailing pooling wakeboarding surfing and tubing and i haven't used half of those muscles in a while ahaha im only 15 but as of right now i feel like an old lady with my sore back (wakeboarding) and sore arms (surfing). what can i do to make my muscles stop feeling sore?
