Gooey, stretchy, gummy like putty thing?

lol, hate the question description, but I need to know how to make a material( as described in question) out of these materials:

Liquid Glue

Water

Food Dye

And mixing it together, a friend told me that's how he made it but he didnt know exactly how, he made it at his church.

Do you know how to make what im talking about, like how much water to use and all that?

This sounded familiar, but I believe you also need borax.  This website has a recipe for homemade "Gak"
