Google Checkout for a e-payment merchant account in Vietnam?

In the list of countries that Paypal and Google Checkout support, I know there is Vietnam:

But those are for shoppers. How about a merchant account? If I own an online shopping cart, can I use Google Checkout to receive money into my local (in Vietnam) bank account? Where can I get that information? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure you could do that. Best to check with the bank on that. May need to fill out some forms to do that.
