Google Chrome Installer won't load?

Question

Can someone please help. I'm using Windows Vista. I used both IE7 and Firefox 3. The installer won't load for either browser. Anyone facing the same issue? If you can help. I'd greatly appreciate it.

I tried downloading it from Google's official site:

Try alkak1's response.  Was having the same problem as you and that suggestion worked great.

You mean the actual browser installer right? Not the 475KB little program that just downloads more things.

I haven't checked at the moment yet, so be careful.

I think this all you need such that you can install even without an internet connection.

It just doesn't feel so google since it is uploaded to somewhere else.

I wonder why google haven't thought of making full "offline" installer available. such that you don't need to download on each machine you have...

I had that problem, then I updated my java and closed out internet explorer. then tryed again and it worked fine

I really wish that I could help out, because you are really missing out with Chrome. I'm using it right now, and I had no problem downloading it. But sorry that I can't help you, I'm only a lowly XP user. Good luck.

I know this sounds stupid, but maybe just try clearing your cookies and trying again?
