Google Interstitial warning!

Question

Whenever I visit a link from www.google.com, "LL"k gaves me a warning:

Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer!
The link of the site goes like this:

http://www.google.com.ph/interstitial?url=http://www.google.com/

This-> interstitial?
code always appear on any site I clicke from Google.
This does not happen when I search using other search engines such as Yahoo. What is/are the possible causes of these message? How can I fix this?
