Google/Yahoo sites blocked after Kaspersky install?

I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 on a fresh install of XP and after a few hours I'm not able to access google/yahoo sites. I think its a virus as i got the trial file from a torrent site. How do i undo this? I have installed Kaspersky but I'm not able to figure out how i could remove the rest?

Run your computer in safe mode(press F8 many times while your computer turn on and select Safe mode with networking in the table) after logging in as Computer administrator account,uninstall Kaspersky securities and then connect to the internet to download a security(or antivirus) program to scan all your system with the recently update database(you should use AVG Antivirus free edition,Panda antivirus or Bitdefender..).When it finishes scanning, restart your computer.If you cannot solve this problem, please contact with me via emai: [e-mail], I will have you
