  1. If that's your only income for the year, you have to report it if it's over $400 for the year.  If you have other income that requires you to file a tax return, or if you DO file for any reason, you have to report it from the first dollar.

  2. You must submit your tax information if you are living in the USA.

Google will not submit your money/earnings if you don't submit any information.

  3. Schedule C-EZ.

    Every penny counts.

If you make over $400 on schedule C, you also owe 15.3% self-employment tax.

  4. I don't see Google Adsense necessarily as business income.

If your website is for a business, then Google Adsense revenue probably goes on the schedule C for that business.  If the website for which you have Adsense is not a "business", then Adsense is probably miscellaneous income (line 21 of form 1040) , although one could make a case for space rental of your web page (Schedule E).  Regardless of the amount, if it affects your taxes, it must be reported.  It WILL effect your taxes if (if Schedule C) you have over $433 of business income, or if you are otherwise required to file a tax return.

(Note that the spell-checker reports Google as a misspelled word, and suggests Yahoo.)
