Google earth plus

Question

When I initialize google earth, I always get a red X in the LH top corner of the picture in a rectangle; I have paid a $20.- subscription fee to try to get rid of this, but to no avail; can one of your team please help me ?? I have now paid another $9.99 to get an answer, but so far I received none.
