Google earth problems?

ok, so when i zoom in a lot on google earth, everything is flat. i clicked on 3d building, but nothing happened. how do i fix this?

have u tryed holding the ctrl button down while moving your mouse. that right there sound turn it so you can see the buildings in 3d
