Google map Beirut, Lebanon glowing cars?

Question

How come when you Google map Beirut, Lebanon in satellite image, it looks as if the cars are glowing? And in all different colors? You have to zoom in almost all the way to notice. I've never noticed it before in other cities on Google maps. I just found this interesting and hopefully explainable.

It's because of the particles that where present in air when the photos where taken. http://www.alesum.com
