  1. tighten them up using the rubber strap on the sides/back and adjust/change the nose bridge.

  2. first of all, make sure they aren't upsidedown lol Buy new ones, don't get the same brand. Go to a sports authority or MC sports store and get goggles from there. You shouldn't have to press them too hard against your face and they should be comfortable.

  3. Make sure that they fit your face First. You may have to shift them around to make sure they go with the lines and grooves in your face. You should check the goggles themselves for damage. If you cant get them to fit, then just get new goggles. Make sure you get some that fit though.

  4. buy some better ones or tighten them

  5. i guess if they don't fit good you'll have to buy new ones, try sweedish brand googles, they look like cheap and they look like they won't be good because they have no rubber around them but they're actually the best i tried.

  6. buy good speedo googles

  7. You really can't, the only solution really is to buy a new pair of goggles.

The rubber in goggles and their anti-fogging agent in them deteriorate about 2-3 months after you buy them, that's just the way rubber goggles work. What happens is that the rubber hardens like car tires that're left in a warehouse too long and if your car has them they can blow out. But the small amount of rubber on goggles hardens much quicker than in tires and therefore they lose that flexibility and therefore let water in more easily. The anti-fogging agent also begins to break down at this point and your goggles fog up more easily.

To fix your current predicament you have to buy new goggles. Coaches and swimwear companies alike recommend that you buy a new pair of goggles for every new weather season (believe it or not goggles sales spike on the days of both equinoxes and both solstices).

  8. you really cant. you just need to get goggles that fit your head and facial features better.

  9. There could be a number of problems. Try out all of the following to see if it helps anything:

Tighten up the strap, or if that doesn't work, buy a new strap or perhaps some shock chord, because that makes a good strap I used before I got a pair of really good TYR with a thick strap that lasted for three years.

Adjust the nose piece. It shouldn't be too loose or too tight. Either way could cause a leak at a different angle.

Jam them really hard against your eyes. This creates a really good vacuum to keep them on.

Don't buy the dollar store kinds.
