Gossip Girl Confusion!!! HELP???

I was watching gossip girl the other and this was my first and this episode was old.

so blake livley and michelle tractenberg used to be feinds and michelle know that blake killed a person and now michelle is black mailing blake.

So my question is who did blake kill and why??

and how did michelle find out

Serena was at a bar at with Nate. Then she ended sleeping with him and after she felt so bad because her best friend Blair was dating him. So she in a cab and went to meet Georgina at a hotel, but she had no idea she had a friend waiting with witch was a guy Pete. When she got the she was telling them what happened and Pete got borad then Georgina said well break out the part favors(witch were drugs). After Serena was suppose to sleep with Pete, but she was feeling crappy and guilty about what she had done. So she told the Pete to take some more hits of the drug to get him in the mood. Then he ended up overdosing and started to shake and stuff was coming out of his mouth. She freaked out and called 911 and left, but stayed across the street to watch and make sure Pete was fine. But when they came out with him he was dead. Then Serena went home and convinced her mom that boarding school was better. So she left and never said goodbye to anyone, Now Georgina is threatening to tell everyone what happened if she doesn't do what she wants. Also Georgina has a video tape of what happened that night and she doesn't want Dan to see it. But Serena didnt really kill the guy, but she still feels like it's her fault.

she didn't exactly kill someone. before she left for boarding school she was best friends with Georgina (Michelle Tractenberg) they were partying in a hotel room and georgina and the boy were doing coke and Georgina says OK take another hit and when he does he has a seisher and

Serena (Blake Lively) calls 911 leave the hotel. and they bring him out on a stretcher and hes dead. and now Georgina is using it against her and said if she betrays of or w/e she'll tell everybody because she had a video of it.
