Ok i put in my new flash drive today and as soon as i plugged it in i got a BSOD. Now when i try to start my computer Windows XP won't start. It won't start in safe mode either. It was working just fine before i plugged in the flash drive and now this. What can i do besides reinstall Windows?

  1. It all depends on what error message it gives you when it can't start

  2. Remove it (if you haven't already)

Try rebooting without the flash drive plugged in.... Your computer may be treating it as a bootable device
