Got Home from Surgery...Need Shower Tips (Can't get my lower backwet at all) so no real showers! GAH?

I need tips on how to keep clean for the next week without being able to take a full shower I have to keep my lower back and dry can't get it wet at all for the next couple weeks...any and all tips are welcomed!

Just wipe yourself (particularly your armpits and your crotch) with a wet sponge once a day. You won't get extremely clean, but it's only for a couple of weeks and I assume you won't be going out much. If there's someone around you who is willing to help, you can probably wash your hair in the sink.
