  1. You ask if he doesn't get found if he is a free man. Well, yeah! Just like a murderer. Free until caught.

If he got 2 women pregnant he should do the right thing. If he is that much of a loser, he should either wear a condom or get snipped.

  2. I am confused.  What was his crime exactly?  He got a 20 year old pregnant.  That is not a crime unless he raped her but you don't say that he raped her.  Then he flew to California.  That is not against the law either.  So he's not a US citizen, that is not a crime either.  A lot of people are not US citizens.  But he has a business visa so he is legally in the US so basically as far as I can see, he has committed no crime.

The worst thing that could happen to him, if the girl decides to keep the baby, is that he will have to pay her child support and he should because it's his reponsibility.  He made that baby, you play, you pay.

  3. He will only be arrested if she presses charges for rape.  Which is a distinct possibility in today's world should she get angry enough.  And, in Florida, rape is a capital crime (they juice the convicted).

Minimal, it could get his visa pulled.

  4. did he rape them or something?  why else would there be a question of him not being a "free man" if found?  there's no law against getting people pregnant if they're over the age of consent.............what is the crime here?  Irresponsible i see, but crime?  are you leaving something out?

  5. tell him he has to move to the middle of the country and has to send a check east and west once a month

  6. First things first, I agree with you final question," if he isn't found, is he a free Man" My guess is that the term is scott free.

As far as his ins status, the fact that he made a child in the US, will not directly have a bearing on his status unless there is some type of criminal litigation brought against him for say, feloney non payment of child support.

  7. No he won't go to jail for getting her pregnant but if she keeps the baby then he will have to pay child support if she can find him.

Yes he will be a free man if she doesn't persue child support.  If she does then the state she lives in will try to locate him.
