Got a 3347 modem from

Question

got a 3347 modem from Netopia and ATT/sbc. We have a sonicwall tz170. We have bridged the netopia, but We cannot get out to the internet. We cannot take the sonicwall out of the loop, because the HP Procurve switch is expecting to talk with it, and getting it to talk to the netopia by itself will entail a whole other can of worms. we need help in configuring the netopia to allow access to the internet.
