Got a 5 years residence permit in Sweden from an EU member and we have a child together?

The father and i are no longer together, can i still stay until my five years is up?

Sure why not, The kids are now EU residence , The  government has hard time taking mothers away form children.

No since you only got five years residence you have to apply again. So your child has EU passport that doesn't mean that you will get to stay because of the child.
