Got a big workload for next semester; what's the best way to tackle it.?

Yesterday I asked about what I should study for 11th grade. So, I figured that out and now need to figure out how to make it work. Academically I'll be doing:

AP US History, self-directed through NROC

Chem SAT II, with a tutor

AP English Lit through PAhomeschoolers.com (Assuming I get in)

Math and physics, geared towards APs or SAT IIs, with a tutor

German with a tutor, supplemented with Rosetta Stone.

I'm going to have my own space this school year but I have no idea what to do to set myseful up for academic success.

I'm going to have a bit less than 6x7.5 sq ft to work with, and would like to only have a computer desk rather than a full-size desk. Is it realistic to think I could do this level of work efficiently if I'm working on a clipboard, curled up in a beanbag chair? AP History and Lit are computer-based and the offline stuff is just reading.

What do you recommend organizationally? I was diagnosed with ADD and while the disease is a scam, the personality type is real. Help?

  1. Wow!  It sounds like you have really thought everything through really well.  Congratulations on taking your education to the next level.

I think that the beanbag and clipboard will work for the most part, but you probably should find a computer desk that has a keyboard return so that you can hide the keyboard if you want to work at the desk.

    Good luck!
