Got a court summon for minor consuming?

uh so i was found in a car drunk, i said i only had two beers but hey i had a bac of .10 haha is that bad? does it stay on my record, and will i be able to get a license? and what the h**l do i do in court and whats it like?

If you were caught driving it will be a DUI. If you were just drunk in a park car it might be just a citation from public intoxication.

yes it stays on ur record. In court u just answer the judges questions after u enter ur plea.

Depends on your State and the judge. Mission Bay CA started denying licenses until 21 for those caught while underage drinking.
