  1. yes ofcourse these r problems when we faced when we were young buddying scientist...there r a few points..

    1. take a good sleep at night..

    2. keep worries out of ur head...

    3. dont waver ur sight..

    4. always be happy...

    5. keeping remembering of the word focus so that it reminds u if u r distracted...
