Got a kymco super vitality scooter?

ok i got a kymco super vitality scooter its actually a kymco vitality an i put a super 9 engine on it but i still got the vitality wiring harness on it but i was wondering if anyone knows how to de-restrict the cdi on the vitality wiring harness i kno its the same type cdi that goes on the honda elites and such but i want to kno how to derestrict my cdi maybe go a lil faster any one know?

These guys have the repair manual for both the Vitality and the Super 9.  They are 'stickys' at the top of the section that goes with the model
