Got a low-carb dessert ready to eat from the grocery store

I'm bringing dessert to a barbecue hosted by a newly-diagnosed near-diabetic. Anyone have suggestions for a low-carb dessert for which I can pick up the ingredients on my way there, and toss it together in just a few minutes? Like, fruit and whipped cream.

Oh, please, no jello, no artificial sweeteners (everybody's picky these days!)

  1. If you had time, I would suggest mixed melon balls and different berries.
