Got a new TV and it has audio interference?

My Tv makes noises like its getting static through the cable wire, it makes noises that sound sort of like a static-like hiss.

Anyone have an idea on as to why it would do this? It seems to be worse when the show thats on has more going on in the audio such as alot of noise from an explosion or music or alot of background noise

im only asking incase its an easy fix, i realize its probably not though lol

My first suggestion is to get new cables. That is the best quick fix. If that doesn't work take back the t.v. and tell the retailer your problem.

First make sure that the cable wire is not laying on any of your equipment. If that doesn't work you must get a low pass filter like this one. http://www.smarthome.com/7822c.html
