Got a new computer in place of the old one, but can't get on to the internet?

I have plug ed every thing in right and the wireless modem seems OK , but not letting me get on to the Internet

You need to add all your providers information. Sometimes they give you an initial cd to get onto their service.  The other option is to give them a call telling them that you've just replaced your machine - could they help you set up again.

So all you have to do is configure your wireless modem with the username and password that your ISP gave you. You may need to install the modem software depending on what sort you have got.

And you need to connect to your wireless modem using the WEP or WAP key that you programmed the modem with.
