Got a pc with no wireless card?

and im avin a laptop with a wireless router, how hard is it to put a card in the pc and how much do they cost???

  1. just use a wireless network card (if your laptop has a hole for it), easy to set up, rather than taking ur laptop apart.

    I always look for the most simple way lol

  3. You can buy the PCI card type or USB type. The price varies depends on the model

  4. You can get a wireless USB dongel for around £10 - £20 PCMCIA card versions should also cost around about the same too! Either method isn't hard to use, you should simply be able to insert or plug in the card. Install the drivers, set up the security settings & you should be away!

  5. You can purchase a USB wireless card for about $30 canadian.  They are very easy to install.

    and able to ake the abuse of being mobile

    I like Netgeer, they are a subsiteary of Baynetworks just asd good as a 3com card but not as pricey


  7. Buy a USB wirelss dongle, i recommend Buffalo it very easy to use, if your using Widnows Xp it will automatically install the driver when you connect it,
