Got a question about the pwc test and jet ski im 13????

ok im 13 and i wanna know how old to i have to be to get the pwc license in ny long island sound and where can i take the test oh and im 13! thnxxxxxx

It doesnt matter, in NYS you have to be 14 to operate a jetski with the certification.  Some people that were younger werre grandfatered in, but unfortunately you would have already have had taken the course.  Sorry.
