party, about 60 people. I figured that in addition to the pizza's I'd like to have appetizers, salads and chicken wings. I'm all set with everything but the wings and could really use your help. I've tried many, but only a few really make the grade. If you have a really good one can you share it please?

  1. deep fry the wings to get them crispy.  Lay them in a baking pan or cookie sheet, single layer, and preheat oven to around 400 degrees.  In a sauce pan, combine some franks red hot, or store brand hot sauce, some butter (the more butter you add, the milder the sauce) and some white vinegar.  heat to a rolling boil and then dump it over the wings and bake until they are done enough for you.  these are delicious.  the vinegar and hot sauce give them the "bite".  You could make some with italian dressing as well, for those who don't really care for the hot.  just put italian dressing on the fried wings and bake like you do the others.

Garlic, butter and parmesean make an excellent wing too
