Got a technical problem....?

I think my computer is blocking pictures. I can see the icons that people use when they don't want their picture ( like mine), I can see peoples little cartoon-looking Avatar, but when someone uses their picture, all I see is a little white box with a small red "x" in the corner. What setting do I need to change so I can see peoples beautiful faces?

If you mean on internet go to Tools-Internet Options-Advanced tab and check if "show pictures" is checked.
