Got any cosplay ideas for curly blonde/black hair?

I need to cosplay as a blonde anime character or a black haired anime girl. I have curly hair and it will not staighten too well so know of any characters that have at least curly hair?

a very nice idea i've ALWAYS LOVED is gothic lolita. blonde, curly, bangs, long hair, short hair, black hair, anything as long as it's just cute and lacy, innocent. if u want an anime character... there aren't many to say...
