You can hire a smoke machine cheaply or buy one on Ebay, rig up a large bubble machine (these are very cheap) in the garden if the weather holds.

Or a small marquee in the garden is nice and not too expensive.

have a pool party. have some games inside your house and make it a sleepover. the would probably enjoy that. game suggestions: life, clue, the wii (if you have one), and more!!maybe add some little gift thing but dont put them in bags, just have them on a table like where you would play the games. gift suggestions: a notepad and matching pen, maybe little party favors, and party poppers! party poppers are always fun! hope i helped you!

i turned 13 last year and had a hollywood party it was so much fun i got a red carpet and plastic champaine glasses and filled them up with apple cyder and we played kiss the celebrity which is basiclly where you put a poster of a celebrity on the wall and you have to blind fold someone and they have to put some red lip stick and kiss the poster who ever kisses the celebrity on the lips wins plus i had a limo shaped cake
