Got caught having s*x in the car in a public parking lot?

Me and my girlfriend was caught having s*x in my car in a high school parking lot at night. The policeman took our IDs and returned to his car. After 5 mins he asked us to go home. We didn't receive any ticket. Does this mean we're ok? Is it possible to receive anything in the future? Thanks...

You might get something in the future if you keep having s*x, it's called child support payments.   Get a room, dude and wear a raincoat when having s*x.  Better yet, stop until you get married.

Depends  on school district  policy.  Parents  may be  notified.  Many  schools  now  have  high night  crime  rates and  security has  stepped up. You were  lucky but it may now  be over yet.

he just made a note on you that's all. Try not getting caught cause there might be something like a strike system, first might slide but next, who knows.

You are free and clear.  Don't worry about it.  Even if your IDs were OK you wouldn't have to worry.  Cops catch people having s*x in cars by the hundreds and no one ever goes before a judge...unless the guy or gal give the cop a bad time.

No mate. As far as i understand, we're not a sneaky people- I know for a fact that in NSW and SA, police officers are obligated to inform you of any citation they may be issuing you, you would not be moved on without being told you had a charge.

I was caught having s*x in a car park but unfortunately my girlfriend gave the police officer a load of abuse. I was busted for having an offensive person on my weapon :D.

If the officer just  your ID's and then asked you to leave and didn't arrest you for exposure or even ticket you for then you should be fine  but he could always send something in the mail.
