i took the light rail one day without a ticket (nj transit) cause it was only one stop and i was caught and im really scared honstley wat going to happen he asked some questiins and said get a ticket wat now it was 2-3 weeks ago am im in the clear plz tell me

You're fine. The worst they could have done was fine you, and then call the cops if you refused to pay the fine. If the person just told you to buy a ticket, they let you off easy.

I doubt that anything's going to happen to you if it's been 2 - 3 weeks since the incident. There's not much that you can do now, anyway; you'll either receive notice that you're in trouble or you won't.

Next time, you should probably buy a ticket. If you try sneaking on again, maybe they'll decide to punish you next time.
