try running the tunning routine again, you may be in a area not covered.

My Sister is in a poor signal area, she has a new rooftop aerial, particularly made for digital reception, and she STILL only gets 1/2 the channels I get on a bog-standard set top aerial.

I would guess it's the reception in your area, but try scanning the channels in again, just to be sure

I have the same problem too sometimes. Tuning the TV works for me

Don't lose any sleep over it, just think, you might find a good channel to watch.

keep tuning it it until you get all the channels you need

Get yourself a signal booster. That should set you back around a fiver for a sinlge and it will cure your problem.

I had the same problem

but if you buy a picture booster for it (these can be picked up for around £20 in argos depending on the amount of Aeriel's you're connecting) but this should get you a better picture & also should get you channel 5 (unless your receiption is too bad)

have you got a digital arial? this could contribute to you not getting it.

is that a bad thing tried not to get it on mine but keeps finding it u r not missing much would'nt worry much about it
