Got in a car accident with no license (CA)?

im 18 with permit and insurance but i didnt have anyone in the car with me. i got cited to go to court but idk wats going to happen. i made an appt. to get my license at the dmv before i go to court. any idea of how my luck will run? are they gonna suspend my license? help!

Definitely get license before you go to court.  That proves to Judge you are responsible adult.  Dress really nice and if you have job/go to college then tell the Judge you rely on a vehicle to succeed in life etc...  Coat it on thick. If copper doesn't show it gets dismissed or you will get a fine if he does.  May lose license if Judge is in bad mood!!

Well, they're going to yank your permit, and you'll have to wait a year before you can get a license.  You don't have one to suspend.

Oh, and also, you'll have to pay for the damage you caused.
