Got kicked out of school for living in different district?

when we moved we wanted to keep the same address so i didnt have to go to a bad school but a friends mom ratted on us when she found out. how can i get back in the school?

  1. Make a formal request with the district to be allowed to stay.  They always have the right to say no, but it's the only shot you have.


  2. If the school won't budge, your only alternative is to stay for the rest of the school year with a friend or relative who lives in the district.

    You could move to the area, or like previously said, ask really nicely.

What grade are you in?  Our school system lets kids finish up at that school if they  move out of the district if they are close to finishing, otherwise your parents will have to pay tuition if you want to continue at that school.  I know it stinks, but your parents are no longer paying school taxes in that district.  Doesn't seem quite right.


  5. Wow, this one is easy. Schools are funded by district school taxes so you needn't move back, just own property in the old school district so you can pay it's school tax.
