Got married- need to do my name change?

dmv or social security first? and what do i need to bring? and whats the easiest way to change my name with the banks, insurance companies.... etc.?

I would change your SSN first.  I believe they need your old SSN Card and your Marriage Certificate.

Most, if not all of the places you mentioned should be able to change your information with all of the normal documents you would need plus your marriage certificate to prove your new last name.
