Got menses a few days later after stopping Diane 35?

i was on diane 35 for a couple of months and decided to stop; not because i want to get pregnant but because i'm getting bad side effects like vomiting and putting on weight.

so i've decided to stop taking the pills and i'm only in my day 20 and i have spotting already. is this normal? i'm a bit worried...

After being on birth control for a while, your body adjusted to that hormonal change. Taking yourself off of it is making your body wonder what is going on with you, so in reaction, you are spotting, making your body relearn itself. This is normal.

i stopped taking diane when i was due to get my period i bleed for maybe a week or two after i stopped taking it,.

your body is adjusting back to normal may take a few weeks. so yes its normal :)
