Question:

Got my GCSE results yesterday?

I got an A in maths, my teacher helped me a lot and I never got to say thank you as I was quite ill when we were doing the exams.

Before we went into the examination room, he said 'Good luck, I know you'll do well.'

I was hoping to see him yesterday when I collected the results to give him a thank-you card and present that I bought him, but he wasn't there.

My question is:

Can I go back to the school in September to give it him?

I am going to a sixth form at the other side of town, but I should make it from the sixth form to the school before he leaves.

  1. yes of course you can go back and i'm sure he'll be really appreciative of the gift and card. go in on monday 1st - the teachers will be in for tt but no pupils.

    well done

  2. Of course you can..

  3. Unless your school is rediciously strict, then ofcourse you can! Perhaps go to the office first and ask when he has a free class because you may not want to run into his classroom while you teaching.

I got an A in my maths, but I have to say thats due in part to the Mathematics section on Yahoo Answers  (Thanks guys!) explaining how the heck to do quadratics. I honestly reckon if it wern't for Y!A I'd have got a C or B at most.

  4. Yeah, they wont mind that. Infact most schools expect people to be popping back during the 1st few months of the new term to pick up art projects etc.
