Got my address taken down by warden today for run out tax disc (by 5 days).What fine am I possibly looking at?

you should be ok if you do as those above say, and promptly. If you still have the leaflet that came with your invitation to renew your disc, I think you will find it says you have a certain period (I think 14 days) before which they will take action against you. I can't confirm cos I threw my leaflet away already, but I do recall something along those lines.

But since the warden noted your address, act fast.

Renew it tomorrow, back date it to cover the gap to the start of the month. Write a begging letter to DVLA with full vehicle details, your details etc and tell them you went abroad before the 14th of the month it expired. Include proof, if you have it. You can't renew more than 14 days in advance and if you weren't in the country you were stuffed. Grovel.
