My experience with our pool is that you might need to buy a bottle of Clarifier.  It helps to grab the dirt particles in your water and bring them to the bottom.  Then if you have a creepy....it will pick them up. It works really well.  Make sure you check for alge around your pool steps and around the sides.  Also you might consider getting a water sample in a plastic container and taking it to a pool store to see how the levels are. Sometimes you need chlorine or maybe some pool acid.  But no worries....it is pretty simple to fix. Make sure you go to a good pool store to take your water for testing.  Sometimes they like to get you to spend a bunch of money on things that you don't know about.  I would definately try purchasing the bottle of Clarifier and try it first.  It usually works within about 12 hours.  Good luck...
