Got some seasoning and I want to send it to a lab to see what its made of.?

Not to mention any names, but I went to my favorite restaurant today and got the waitress to give me a container of seasoning used to season the meat that I was eating, because its my favorite. I can probably get a small tub of this everytime I go, but what the h**l, I wonder if I could send a sample to some lab and they could tell me all the ingredients in this. I know its probably a variety of different pepper. Also I wonder how much this would cost. I am willing to pay even a thousand dollars if they could give me a list of everything used.

If you have a good taste / taste buds .. you do not need a lab .

go to the islands ? caribbean and you can get hundreds of spices and peppers ... but beware peppers are potient ..the smell of hot peppers can make you cough till your eyes water .

I feel the same way about that Raising Cane's sauce. I'm sure you can if you are willing to pay a lot.
