Got to ask something about harry potter books....?

i am a little bit confused....

1.)what happened to crookshanks?i didn't see him appear on the books since "prisoner of azkaban"...

2.)what happened to kreacher?the last part that i saw him in the book is in deathly hollows and he is fighting voldemort.what happened then?

3.)who killed fenrir greyback?

please answer.

1) I think Hermione got rid of him but it doesn't really explain.

2) I think he ran away but he might have died.

3) I think it was a member of the order, possibly Lupin that killed him.

1) I am fairly certain he went to Aussie with Hermione's parents.

2) It doesn't say anything, but I dont think he died. I assume he continued serving Harry until his death.
