Got water in my Ipod and it won't work now.

Question

I went running when it was raining and water got into my ipod, and I was stupid and immediately tried to turn it on. I've let it dry for about 2 weeks now and it still won't turn on. Is there a chance it might start working, and what can I do to maybe help fix it?

If it hasn't started working by now I'd say you better plan on replacing it. The same thing happened to mine a few months ago and I ended up replacing it because nothing I did or could have done to it was worth it to fix it. :-( Sorry!

Send it to Apple. They will try to fix it for $40. If they can't fix it they send you another one.
