    "In the Starlight" has skirts and blouses for around $50 each; Dresses cost a little over $100. I've bought from them before and the items are great quality.

    There are stores on ebay that sell chaper stuff with more variety, but many of them have dodgey quality (made cheaply in China).

    I've read good reviews about "Anna House", based in Hong Kong. They're reasonably priced, once you convert the prices into US dollars.
