  1. A nice cold shower will surely wake you up.

    Or you could do some exercise.. not only will it keep you awake but it'll do you good too!

  3. Must be up all night during the summer and out because your not used to that schedule except for the weekends and holidays huh lol

    Anyways What I did when I had to get back on the school schedule was excercise or play a sport the whole day I should of been in scool.  If i had to be in class from 8am till 2:30pm I played basketball, or went bicycling those hours the day before school.  I got up ate a good healthy breakfast, eggs, toast, bacon, hasbrowns, or if you cant eat alot, do a bowl of cereal and a bagel with some juice.  

    Let it settle, take a shower, wait about 45 minutes, I would bicycle, to the beach, or a popular spot, park mall, bookstore, and kill the day far away from home till it got later in the day.  I would play basketball or soccer after lunch time at 1, so around 3 I would player sports till it got too dark or until everyone else was done.  Finally get home around 9:30 ten, tired as h**l, eat a small dinner, so Im not full and cant sleep and pass out.  Got one h**l of a nights sleep.  

  4. Ok, first off...forget the 'sugar buzz' or energy drinks, they will give you a slight elevated sense of energy, but, will let you 'crash' after it wears off.

    The best thing for you to do is exercise!  Get up and walk, run, bike, lift weights or any thing to get the adreneline up and running.  This will sustain you for a very long time and build your body's stamina up also.

  5. Why do you have to stay awake?

    Coffee is good, of course.

    Soda could work.

    Anything with lots of caffeine will do it for you.

  6. coffee sugar, try energy drinks, drink some red bull and maybe eat some skittles, that always give me loads of energy!

  8. Do something where you don't have to sit or lie down. Eating and drinking helps too. Most people have difficulty falling asleep while eating or drinking, though school Information Technology teachers have been known to achieve this.
