Goulash with v8 juice?

Question

One of my friends mothers makes goulash with v8 juice and other ingredients, but i was wondering if anyone has a recipie where v8 juice or vegetable juice is used?

* oh and i only have 1 pound of ground beef because i'm only making it for 3 people.

My mom makes it that way. She doesn't follow a recipe, you really can't s***w goulash up.  Cook up the beef, drain, season it with what you like, add the V8, add a can of stewed or diced tomatoes--or chop up fresh (or leave them out), add generous helping of Paprika or Chili powder--whatever you prefer, add in some drained al dente elbow macaroni.  Mix and heat thourgh.

Of course, depending on how you like it there are tons of variations.  You can use Italian seasoning and tomato paste, making it thicker (that's the way my kids liked it), I seasoned it with garlic.

Why don't you call your friends Mom and ask her for the recipe.  There is no greater compliment to a cook!  That way, you will know it will be good.
