    As mayor and govenor, Palin has fought against corruption and government waste, she has also fought for the Middle Class in her state

    Obama is a failed Junior Senator who talks of change, but has done nothing in Washington to promote chagne. Obama has been about party-line and the status quo.

    Being the chair of a parent-teacher association and mayor of a town with a comparable population to some inner-city community colleges constitutes experience we can count on. You bet.

    Alaska is also the largest state in the union...in terms of Area. In terms of population, the mayor of San Francisco is responsible for the well being of more citizens.

Actually if you listened correctly to CNN you would know that HE has more experience then SHE thank you.....Also she is being investigated for abusing power so that doesn't make her look to good now does it??? She also lied about wanting to take the VP slot...Need I go on?....more and more will be coming out about her...she will go down when the debates start and Biden will make her cry cry cry...

    I'm a proud Independent and I will proudly be voting for Obama!   He wil fix what Bush BROKE!

No, I don't.  She has less total experience as a public servant than Obama.  Politicians only tout PTA experience when they have thin resumes.  She is the governor of the least populated state, which hardly preps anyone for the trials of national office.  Governor Palin's experience is nowhere near 'vast.'

Alaska is the largest state in the Union only by geographic size.  In population Alaska is 47th - behind even tiny Delaware.  Alaska almost always votes Republican anyway, and that's because Alaska Republicans bring home massive amounts of pork, thanks in part to the corrupt Republican Ted Stevens, who was recently indicted on bribery and corruption charges.

    As for Palin, she has no more experience than Obama does.  She has only been governor since 1996.  And she was a mayor, yes, of tiny Wasilla.  She is a religious fanatic, and like most fanatics she is strongly against abortion but strongly FOR capital punishment.  This makes her views the opposite of most Americans.  She supported Alaska's anti-homosexual constitutional amendment, which puts her more and more behind the times.  And like most Republicans, she campaigned on a platform of reduced waste and then passed the biggest state budget in Alaska's history.

    So thanks John McCain!  Your pick will make it easier for Obama to win.

    What a historic moment either way.  Whether Obama Biden or McCain Palin wins...

    for the first time in American history, there won't be 2 white guys in office.  lol  Not that I have a problem with white guys.  I married a white guy... but still.  It's historic!  I was holding my twin daughters on the sofa crying watching her speak realizing how many doors will be opened for my girls if they win!  Amazing!
