I am in a Canadian Civics course and i am writing a letter with the topic: smoking. There are 2 questions that i have left to answer and i cannot find the answers anywhere. Any help would be great:

1. What Civic action has so far been taken by citizens to address the issue/problem?

2. What Civic activities have worked and what Civic activities have failed?
