and yet government is a force of nature itself. I see nature as everything in the universe and its ways, even human technology is another force of nature.

Government is man's attempt to control others. Period.

Government is man's attempt to control himSELF.  But what is usually amounts to is the attempt by some members of society to control all the OTHER members of society.
